I eat 2600-3000 calories a day and I'm still not gaining weight. I've been 52kg (168cm) for the past three months of eating like a monster. I even went to the doctor and he checked my blood and thyroid; everything was perfectly fine. It's so, so frustrating! I even stopped working out because I kep losing weight.

GIRL, if you have lower back problems you NEEEEEED to stretch your hammies and in general your whole body. If you do not stretch regularly when your already warmed up, your muscles will shorten and pull to the joints and you'll end up with arthrosis. This could cause your lower back problems, but it may be something else, because idk your lifestyle. this is the first video I'm watching of you and maybe this tip will help you.  Greetings from Germany :)

Body fat is all about distribution. So a "curvy" girl technically has the fat in the right places (butt, legs, boobs, etc) its genetics and the way someone is made. If you want to loose stomach fat you will end up losing fat all around. like previously stated you can't spot reduce fat. However you can isolate muscles and build individual muscle (like the butt) hope that makes it a little easier to understand

yana212 unless you are a beginner you cant gain muscle and lose fat. If you are a beginner you can but it wont be major gains. To grow muscle you need to eat more than your maintenance calories. If you wanna have a flat stomach aka lose fat you need to eat less than your maintenance calories.

Hi Violet, I had the same issue as you are mentioning and one thing that really helped me was reducing stress. I went to a naturopath and she explained to me how stress in woman can increase the fat accumulation around the tummy area. Something about our body protecting our reproductive organs, I can't give you the full scientific explanation but it made sense when she was explaining. Anyway, the food and the training is very important, and rest is also super important. If you have issues with anxiety or anything that might be adding stress that sometimes we don't even notice (too many screen hours, etc), consider meditation daily, breathing exercises and yin yoga. It worked for me and I finally got rid of that stubborn lower belly fat. By all means see a health professional if you need more detailed advice. All the best!

yana212 training the whole body will result in muscle gain, thus increasing the metabolic rate because the muscle cells use more energy. So gaining muscle will make you lose fat as well. As long as your eating at your caloric needs for maintenance, you'll be fine. You can find several calorie calculators through google. Also , if you have a bit of fat tissue, your booty will initially get a little smaller but grow after that. The muscle will fill it in, sort of.. 😊

Glad to see I wasn't the only person surprised by that. I don't believe she's counting properly. She does not look like she can eat 2100 calories a day, on the lower side of what an average woman should eat in a day, while doing all that exercise and having the amount of muscle mass she appears to have. That's unbelievable.

Fizz G I know I should’ve reworded what I said. I’m just really insecure about my body shape lol. I just wish I wasn’t skinny, it’s really hard for me to gain weight. I’ve been working out at home but I don’t see a huge difference. Just a tiny such as muscle strength & butt lift. I must say that I LOVE that you actually eat more than just "chicken and rice". I mean, you track and you eat most part healthy I can see, but you also eat things that the fitness industry count as UNHEALTHY. Like your cereal. But you train hard and you are bulking. I just think this is so good and inspiring. I also try to bulk and train really hard, but all the talk about what to eat and DON'T eat, its just to much. You really inspire and more people in the fitness industry should have this approach, because it's important to show people that it's okay to eat other things than just chicken, rice, oats..
